Handwerk Sauvignon Blanc
The healthy, fully ripe „heart grapes“ of the Pinot Blanc are selected, the mash fermented spontaneously for about 2 weeks. The grapes impart color. The result: the so-called „Orange Wine“.
After pressing, the young wine is stored in new oak barrels. It smells of cedarwood, smoke, and fruit. Gritty, powerful, with very ripe, polished acidity. Great length. Worth a try. Also for purists.
