The healthy, fully ripe „heart grapes“ of the Pinot Blanc are selected, and the mash undergoes spontaneous fermentation for about 2 weeks. During this process, the grapes impart color, resulting in the so-called „Orange Wine.“
After pressing, the young wine is stored in new oak barrels. It has aromas of cedarwood, smoke, and fruit. Robust, strong, with very mature, polished acidity. Great length. Worth a try. Also suitable for purists.
